Maintenance Technician
A company in Wheeling, IL is looking for Maintenance Technicians to join their 1st or 2nd shift team. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity!
Requirements of the Maintenance Technician
· 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
· Experience maintaining or repairing industrial manufacturing equipment
· Ability to read electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams
· Welding and fabrication experience preferred
Responsibilities of the Maintenance Technician
· Diagnose defective mechanical parts, and disassemble the components for repair using hoists, fork lifts, and other equipment
· Replaces or repairs parts on machines such as bearings, filters, wiring, valves, gauges, and switches
· Troubleshoots all electrical breakdowns and makes repairs
· Aligns, adjusts, and calibrates equipment according to specifications
1st and 2nd shift available, DIRECT HIRE
Pay is $33.00 - $36.00 an hour, depending on experience
